During the period that Paulien & Linda worked as a designers at Studio Piet Boon, they were allowed to work on the interior of the historic Arminius House (1601) in Oudewater. The wish was to create a local dining experience with worldly allure. With the interior we wanted to create a wink between the past and the present. In the design we have taken into account the historical elements of the building and preservation of its natural beauty.
